About the Role

This is our first dedicated HR hire, so you'll be setting the foundation — not inheriting a process. We're a lean team that moves fast, and we need someone who can keep the people side of the business structured and smooth. You'll handle everything from job postings and interview scheduling to visa paperwork and office logistics. You'll work directly with leadership and have real visibility into how the company runs.

What You'll Do

  • Own the recruitment process from job posting to offer — scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and keeping things moving
  • Run onboarding for new hires: contracts, equipment, system access, and first-week orientation
  • Handle UAE residence visas, work permits, and MOHRE filings for employees and new joiners
  • Keep HR records accurate — contracts, leave balances, policy documents, and compliance files
  • Manage day-to-day office needs: supplies, vendor relationships, travel bookings, and facilities
  • Support leadership with scheduling, internal communications, and ad hoc operational tasks

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years in an HR or office admin role at a UAE-based company
  • Practical knowledge of UAE labor law, MOHRE processes, and residence visa procedures
  • Highly organized — you track details, follow through, and don't let things fall through the cracks
  • Clear, professional communicator in English (written and spoken)
  • Self-sufficient — you're comfortable owning a function without a team above you to escalate to

Nice to Have

  • Background in fintech, finance, or a tech startup
  • Experience with HR tools like BambooHR or HiBob
  • Experience coordinating relocation or international hire logistics
